Rejane Narbonnet
Founder and managing director
For Réjane, travel has never been just a career — it has always been a way of life.
Born in Lyon and now based in Paris, she has spent much of her life living abroad, from the Caribbean to the United States, French Polynesia, Mexico and Spain. These experiences have shaped both her global perspective and her ability to understand people, cultures and markets in a natural and intuitive way.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Georgia (USA), as well as a Master’s degree in Hotel Management from Institut Vatel.
Her career led her to some of the most iconic names in luxury hospitality — St. Regis, Four Seasons, W Hotels and Le Plaza Athénée — where she developed strong industry expertise and long-standing relationships across key markets.
In 2016, she founded the R-List with a clear idea: to offer a more focused, more personal and more relationship-driven approach to sales and marketing.
Since then, she has supported over 30 luxury hotels and DMCs in expanding their visibility and positioning, and has been involved in successful openings such as Origins Lodges.
Her approach is hands-on, instinctive and deeply human — building trust first, and business naturally following.
Réjane is also the mother of one boy, balancing family life and entrepreneurship.

Stephanie Morejon Blas - Lalinde
Partner, Managing Director of the R-List Mexico
Stephanie’s story naturally bridges cultures, markets and perspectives.
Born in Mexico and half Cuban, Stephanie spent over 16 years in France before relocating back to Mexico in 2026 with her husband and three children. She now leads the R-List’s Mexico office.
Her multicultural background gives her a natural ability to connect people and navigate international environments.
With an MBA in Luxury Brand Management, she built her career at Galeries Lafayette, where she spent nine years developing partnerships with luxury brands and managing relationships within the travel and tourism industry across Latin America, Spain and Portugal.
Through these experiences, she developed a strong network and a deep understanding of both the luxury sector and international clientele.
Since joining R-List in 2021, Stephanie brings structure, strategic insight and a strong sense of relationship-building to every project. Her approach is both thoughtful and energetic — always focused on creating meaningful, long-term connections.

Elodie Duchateau
Administrative Coordinator
Elodie keeps everything running smoothly.
She oversees the administrative and operational side of R-List — from invoicing and contracts to reporting, expenses and event coordination.
Structured, reliable and detail-focused, she brings the organization that allows the team to stay fully focused on what matters most: clients and relationships.

With over 20 years of experience in digital marketing, Zeina is behind everything that shapes R-List’s digital presence.
